Filling In Company Profiles

Company Profiles contain 19 Fillable Sections to enter information about the Company Contact, Pre-Qualification, Safety Audit, Insurance, and Industry Information. Most of these fields are text fields, so you can type anything you'd like into them, however a few are different. Here is a list of the fields available:

Basic Info

• Company Name - Text Field
• Company Type - Dropdown List
  • Changing this field will change the Company Type assigned to this profile.
• Address - Text Field
• Business Contact Email - Text Field
• Website - Text Field

Contact

• Primary Contact - Text Field
• Secondary Contact - Text Field

Pre-Qualification

• Pre-Qualification Status - Text Field
• Pre-Qualification Software - Text Field
• Pre-Qualification ID - Text Field

Safety Audit

• Safety Audit Name - Text Field
• Latest Safety Audit Date - Date Field
  • Date Fields will trigger a Calendar window, which you can use to select the Date needed.
• Latest Safety Audit Score - Text Field

Insurance Info

• Liability Insurance Amount - Text Field
• Bonding Capacity - Text Field
• Insurance Notes - Text Field

Industry

• Industry/Sector - Text Field
• Services Provided - Text Field
• Number of Employees - Number Field
