Filling in Equipment Profiles

Equipment Profiles contain 21 Fillable Sections to enter information about the Equipment Identifiers, Usage, Information, People, and Dates. Most of these fields are text fields, so you can type anything you'd like into them, however a few are different. Here is a list of the fields available:

Identifiers

• Equipment Name - Text Field
• Equipment Type - Dropdown Menu
  • Changing this field will change the Equipment Type assigned to this profile.
• Description - Text Field
• Equipment Status - Text Field
• Manufacturer - Text Field
• Model Number - Text Field
• Scan ID - Text Field
• Serial Number - Text Field

Usage

• Odometer - Number Field
• Hours - Number Field

Information

• Fuel Type/Consumption - Text Field
• Weight and Dimensions - Text Field
• Noise Level - Text Field
• Power Requirements - Text Field
• Cost/Value - Number Field

People

• Owner - Text Field
• Operator - Text Field
• Responsible Person - Text Field

Dates

• Purchase Date - Date Field
• Warranty Coverage - Date Field
• Manufacture Date - Date Field
• Last Calibration Date - Date Field
• Decommissioning Date - Date Field

All Date Fields will trigger a Calendar window, which you can use to select the Date needed.
