How To Grant Access With SSO Enabled

Available Access in SiteDocs

No Access: Worker's cannot log into SiteDocs with their own credentials.

App Access: Gives Worker login capabilities to both the Mobile App and the Web App. 

Admin Panel Access: Gives Worker login capabilities to the Mobile App, Web App ("App Access" as above) and Admin Panel.

Super Admin Panel Access: Gives Worker login capabilities to the Mobile App, Web App and Admin Panel ("Admin Panel Access" as above)  as well as the ability to grant any other Worker in the account Access to SiteDocs, including Super Admin Panel Access. 

How to Grant Access

1. Go to the Workers tab in your Admin Panel and select the Worker's name.

2. This will open up that Worker's profile. On the left side of the page, select App Access.

3. Select the correct Access level.

4. Enter the Worker's email address and select "Grant Access using SSO".

Note: Make sure that the email address in the field matches your SSO System exactly otherwise, your Worker will not be be given Access.
