How To Make Form Items Mandatory

When creating a Form Template in your Form Builder, you can make your Form Items mandatory so that your Workers must fill out the item(s) in order to sign the Form.

To make your Item(s) mandatory, select the Asterisk (*) next to the Item in question.

When the asterisk turns red, the item has been made mandatory.

ProTip: If the item you make mandatory is also marked "Use as Label", it means that your Label field will never be empty for this Form!

If a Worker selects "Sign and Save" before filling out a mandatory Item, they will see an Error message

and they will be redirected to the first mandatory item that they missed. Each item will be marked with a red indicator.
