Most modern software systems are developed in the Cloud, with three organizations dominating the landscape: Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. SiteDocs hosts our services with Microsoft (their offering is called Azure) which means you get all the weight of a global company supporting you.

Security And Disaster Recovery
Our compliance program undergoes independent third-party audits and certifies our products against AICPA SOC2 Trust Criteria for security, availability, and confidentiality. We also meet privacy requirements under GDPR, PIPEDA, CPPA and more. For more information click here.
When it comes to security and disaster recovery, because a significant portion of the planet's software is reliant on Azure, you can be sure Microsoft has utilized the best minds and spared no expense. From their website:
"Azure meets a broad set of international and industry-specific compliance standards, such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 1 and SOC 2, as well as country-specific standards like Australia IRAP, UK G-Cloud, and Singapore MTCS.
Rigorous third-party audits, such as by the British Standards Institute, verify Azure’s adherence to the strict security controls these standards mandate."
If you would like greater detail, you can read about some of the reasons why we selected Azure in this article from Microsoft's website. Also, click here to view Microsoft Azure's SLA.
Furthermore, SiteDocs also utilizes Microsoft Azure Geo-Redundant backups.
SiteDocs data is encrypted at rest as well as in transit. Data in Azure Storage is encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption (one of the strongest block ciphers available) and is FIPS 140-2 compliant as well.
In addition to all this, SiteDocs has invested significant time and money into our architecture to allow all of our data-collecting tools to work offline. This means that if there is a temporary outage, you still have access to your Resources, your history and you still have the ability to fill out Forms.
