When building Widgets in SiteDocs Analytics, you may find the two "Zero Value" data points.

These data points allow for you to add an indicator in some widgets for categories where there is no data. For instance, when you add Zero Values to a Column Chart showing Workers who have Signed Forms, it can look like this:

However, in some cases where the dataset being used is large (For instance, if there are many users in the account or the widget is showing many years' worth of forms being signed), your Dashboard may be slow to load, freeze, or stop responding due to server timeout. If this occurs, you will see this error message:

Our recommendation is to make sure that you have filters in place before adding the Zero Value data point to keep your dataset smaller ahead of adding Zero Values to your Widgets. This will ensure that your Widget will be searching for less information, which means less strain on the Analytics servers.
