Are you trying to import 15-20 or less Companies into your account? Then this article is not for you! Click here for How to Manage your Companies.

If you are trying to import more than 15-20 Companies at once, you're in the right place! Our wonderful Support Team is able to mass import your Companies for you using a single Excel spreadsheet.

Your Implementation Specialist may have already sent you the Template. If they haven't yet or you need to upload after your rollout period, click here to view and download the template.

There are a few important things to note about filling in this template.

• Company Names are required.
• Company Types are required.
• Double-check your account to make sure that there will not be duplicates in your import. The upload system will recognize exact duplicates and skip them but in cases of misspelling or shortened names, the system will create a new profile, which cannot be permanently deleted and can only be set as inactive.
• Please do not delete any of the columns in the template (i.e. If you don’t want to input information under a specific Heading, just leave it blank). This will create an error and the import will not run.
• Please do not add any additional Headings or alter the text of the Headings. This will create an error and the import will not run.
• The data in the template will be uploaded as-is (i.e. The upload is case-sensitive).
• In the Last Column, you can dictate which Locations you would like to assign each Company to. If you choose to use this function, please format the column like this: Eagle Ridge,Condor Mountain,Reche Road Developments
