Using The SiteDocs Module With Companies

The SiteDocs Module contains 7 connectors that pertain to Companies:

Create a New Company

This connector allows users to create a new Company profile. Users can enter a Company's Name and Company Type, either manually or they can map the data from another Module. (For more information on Mapping Data, click here.)

Update a Company 

This connector allows users to update a Company profile. Users can update a Company's Name and Company Type, either manually or they can map the data from another Module. (For more information on Mapping Data, click here.)

 

Make a Company Active/Inactive

These Connectors allow a user to mark Companies as Active or Inactive in SiteDocs automatically.

 

Search Companies

This connector allows users to search for Companies in their SiteDocs account. This connector allows them to filter by Name, Title, Active Status, and Company Type.

 

Assign a Company to a Location

This connector allows a user to automatically assign a Company ID to a Specific Location Name or ID.

 

Remove a Company from a Location

This connector allows a user to automatically unassign a Company ID from a Specific Location Name or ID.
