Why You Cannot Delete A Worker From The System Or Merge Duplicate Workers Together

All Worker (and Location) profiles are permanent in your account, which means you cannot delete them once they are created. This is because profiles are used for tracking things like Previously Signed Forms and certifications, and you'll want to always be able to find that information in the future.

If a Worker has left your company, you are able to remove them from your Active Worker list by making them inactive. For more information about marking workers Inactive, click here.

At this time, it is not possible to merge duplicate profiles into one profile. We advise that you make one of the profiles Inactive in the system or re-name the profile if it has not been used.
