The Difference Between Granting A Worker App Access And Granting Access To The Admin Panel

Granting App Access only gives access to the Mobile and Web applications, not to the Admin Panel. Workers with App Access will only have Mobile and Web access to the Locations they have been specifically assigned to. Click here for more information on assigning Workers to Locations. Workers with App Access will NOT have Access to log into the Admin Panel. 

If you would like to grant (or remove) Admin Panel access for a Worker, you can do so at the bottom of their Worker Profile with the buttons shown below.

Only Super Admins can grant and revoke Admin Access. If you do not have Super Admin Access, contact your company's administrator and they can assist you with granting or removing Admin Panel Access for other users.
