Certification Notifications Overview

SiteDocs Sends Certification Expiry Notifications automatically via SiteDocs Chat.

Each Worker will get messages via the SiteDocs Bot for each of their Certifications expiring at:

  • 90 Days from Expiry 
  • 30 Days from Expiry
  • On the day of Expiry around 8:00 am

The time of notifications is based on the Time Zone set in Company Information in the Admin Panel.

Note: If a certification is created after 8:00 am with an expiry date that should trigger a message, SiteDocs will notify the Worker once the system has checked for outstanding Certifications. This happens every 5 minutes.
