When reporting on Form Item Data in SiteDocs Analytics, the database that hosts the historical information from your Form Templates (click here for more details on Form Item Data), the database hosts a fixed amount of questions per Form Item Type, per Form Template. This includes any items that were created in your Form Templates and deleted later.
These Data Limits are to protect the Analytics Data Servers from overload, so if the limit of the Form Item Type is reached, Analytics will stop reporting on newer iterations of the Form Item Type. If the Data Limit is exceeded for as Form Template, our recommendation is to rebuild the Template to start the count over for the Form Item Type.
If the limit has been reached for any Form Item Type, any additional questions added to your Form Template past the limit will not be available for reporting in Analytics.
