Using "savedtime" for Scheduling Forms or Signatures may throw errors if a Form is significantly delayed in being uploaded to the Admin Panel.

Utilizing the “now” point from the Time/Date Functions tab will add based on when the Workflow is being processed, rather than when the Form was Completed.
