Transitioning Workers From The Old App To The New App

Why?

As of July 7, 2023, the old SiteDocs App will no longer be supported. This app's last update was in 2017; with old technology and a limited feature set, it's time to put it to bed once and for all.

A small handful of SiteDocs customers are still using the old App. In order for them to continue using SiteDocs on their mobile devices, they must download the latest SiteDocs app.

What it looks like on a Mobile Device:

Once the new app is downloaded, Workers should delete the old one from their mobile device. No reason to get confused! If this is done before July 7, 2023, Workers can still sign any "In Progress" forms in the old App and have them sent up to their company's SiteDocs account. If it's done after July 7, 2023, any "In Progress" forms in the old App will be lost. 

After July 7, 2023, if Workers continue using the old App:

1. Cloud services will not be available in the app.
2. Workers will not be able to upload signed documents from their device to their company's SiteDocs account.
3. Workers will not be able to download any updates onto their device from their company's SiteDocs account.
4. Workers will not have access to a plethora of new SiteDocs features.
