Using Scheduled Items in Analytics

Analytics Contains Data Points for Scheduled Forms, Resources, and Signatures.

Note: These data points will output N/A Values for Forms and Signatures that were not Scheduled.

Forms

Output: Due Date Details for a Scheduled Form or Resource. 

Output: Worker Name Details for the Worker(s) assigned to each Scheduled Document.

Output: Status Details for each Scheduled Document (Completed, Completed Late, Completed On-Time, Missed, Overdue, Scheduled).

Note: This Data point will show "Completed" for Forms that are signed but were not scheduled.

Signatures

Note: These Data points also include Signatures Requested from the Application.

Output: Due Date Details for a Scheduled Signature.

Output: Worker Name Details for the Worker(s) assigned to each Scheduled Signature.

Output: Status Details for each Scheduled Signature (Completed, Completed Late, Completed On-Time, Missed, Overdue, Scheduled).
