Collecting the certifications of External Workers through Workforce Management can be accomplished by having the External Worker complete a Form. But first, the Form needs to be created! These steps will walk you through creating a Form Template to gather this information:

  1. From the Admin Panel, select "Setup" and then "Form Template Library" in the navigation bar.

  2. Select Screenshot, give it a title, and select the type of Form you would like to use. Private would mean that no one but the Admins and the person signing would be able to see the completed Form.

  3. In the first Section, collect Worker information like name, title, and Company name.

  4. Next to the Worker Name item, select "Use as Label" (for bonus points, make it mandatory with the asterisk on the left side of the item). This will make it even easier to find each Worker's Form when you are in your Safety Monitor, as you can search by Label.

  5. In the second Section, collect the Certification information (Certification Name, Issuer, Ticket Name, Acquire Date and Expiry Date, etc).
  6. Use a Text Info Block to add instructions to attach a photo of the Certification document.
  7. Make the Section Repeatable to allow for multiple Certifications to be input.

The Signed Document will look something like this:
