How To Fix A "Failed To Verify Connection" Error In Workflow Studio

Occasionally you may get an error code that looks like this is Workflow Studio:

a 400 Error is a Bad Request response status code which indicates that the server cannot or will not process the request due to something that is perceived to be a client error.

 

In this case, the "Client Error" is that your connection hasn't been used in a while, and needs to be verified again. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Select "Connections" in the Menu Bar on the left side of the page.

  2. Find the Software in question (in this case, SiteDocs). Select "Reauthorize".

  3. Depending on the Software, you may be prompted to log in again. Once the software connection is authorized again, you will see a green check mark appear next to the connection.
