Occasionally you may get an error code that looks like this is Workflow Studio:
a 400 Error is a Bad Request response status code which indicates that the server cannot or will not process the request due to something that is perceived to be a client error.
In this case, the "Client Error" is that your connection hasn't been used in a while, and needs to be verified again. To do this, follow these steps:
- Select "Connections" in the Menu Bar on the left side of the page.
- Find the Software in question (in this case, SiteDocs). Select "Reauthorize".
- Depending on the Software, you may be prompted to log in again. Once the software connection is authorized again, you will see a green check mark appear next to the connection.
