There are three places where PDFs are used in SiteDocs: Resources, the View PDF Form Item, and the Insert PDFs Form Item.
- Password Protected PDFs ARE supported in your Resource Section.
- Users on the Applications can sign the Resource if they enter the password, but they won’t be able to view the PDF in the finished Form. It will look like this:

- Password Protected PDFs ARE supported by the Insert PDF Form Item.
- The SiteDocs Application will ask for the password to add it to the Form and once it is signed it will ask you for the password to view the completed Form.

- Password Protected PDFs are NOT Supported by the View PDF Form Item
- An Error Message will alert you if the PDF(s) you try to Upload is Password Protected.
