When Does A Worker Get Notified For A Scheduled Item?

When you schedule a Form, Resource, or Signature for one of your Workers, SiteDocs Chat will send them a reminder notification. 

These notifications will send 1 hour before the due date (see the example above) and also when the form becomes "Overdue" (see the example below).

Notes:

1. Push notifications will only go out to those using the Mobile App. Web App users will only receive a notification in-App from the Chat Bot.
2. If you do not receive notifications, please ensure that you have enabled Notifications for SiteDocs from their device's settings. For more information about Device Permissions, click here.
