How Can I Filter Out A Single Form In Analytics? (Advanced)

Occasionally you may need to exclude a testing Form, an accidental duplication, or even just a Form filled out in the wrong Location from your Analytics Dashboards. There are a couple of easy ways to do this by changing the Form slightly (mentioned here), but in some cases you may not be able to make the changes outlined in that article. In those cases, use this slightly more advanced option.

1. You will need your Form's individual ID. Every signed Document (Form, Resource or Follow Up) has one. You can find it by opening the finished form and copying it out of the URL. You'll find it after "form/".

2. In your Analytics Dashboard, create a filter for the data point called "Forms" under the Heading that says "Count Forms and Signatures".

3. Paste the ID you just copied into the search bar. This will find just that one ID in the Filter List. De-select that ID and select "OK".

Now your filter will show that you have filtered out that single ID.
