Why Can I Add The Same Form Twice In My Custom Menu?

You may have noticed that you can see the same Form or Resource in your App Menus multiple times. This is because it is possible to add your Documents to the same Menu in multiple places, like inside different folders. This is to allow Admins to customize their Menus however they would like.

One helpful example of this feature, provided by one of our SiteDocs Members, is their Vehicle Inspection Form that must be filled out by every driver each morning. In order for their drivers to find this form easily, they placed it in both the "Daily Forms" and also "Inspections" folders so that the form exists in both places that a worker might think to look.
