How To Download Previously Signed Documents

There are three (3) different ways to download your signed documents for backup or offline storage.

1. Mass download of all your finished documents

This can be done using our automatic Dropbox integration. For full instructions on how to set that up, click here.

2. Individually from the Mobile or Web App

1. Select the "Share" icon in the top-right corner of the finished document.
   
   
2. Select the "PDF" icon to open the PDF Viewer tab in your browser.
   
3. Select the "Share" icon in the address bar of your browser and choose how you would like to save the Document. Often you will have options like "Save to File", "Save to Device" or even options for adding the Document to Google Drive or Dropbox if you use those kind of services.
   

3. Individually from the Admin Panel

1. Open the finished document from your Admin Panel.
2. Select "View PDF" to open the PDF Viewer window of your browser.
   
3. Select the Download icon to save the file to your device.
