How Do I Share A Signed Form From My Web App?

Once a Form is signed in the Web App, there are a few different methods you can employ to share the Form with others. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Find the Form you would like to share under "Signed Documents" on your Home Page.

2. Click "Share" in the top-right corner of the finished Form.

3. This will open a new tab showing a digitized version of your signed Form. In the top-right corner, you will find buttons that will allow you to Email, View PDF, Download PDF, or Print your finished Form. Simply click these buttons to share the Form in the method you prefer.

Copy Link: will copy the URL for this version of the finished form to your computer's clipboard. Press CNTRL + V or select "Paste" to add the url anywhere text is supported.

Email: will open the computer's default Email Client, and includes a URL to the PDF version of the form.

View PDF: will open the form in a new tab in PDF format.

Download PDF: will download the PDF to your computer.

Print: will open a Print Dialog box allowing you to print the PDF.
