How To Share Documents From The Admin Panel

There are two ways to share your Signed Documents from your Admin Panel, depending on how often you want to share the document(s).

1. If you would like every signed document emailed to someone automatically, Auto-Share is what you are looking for. We have a very helpful article about how it works. Click here to be directed to it.

2. If you are wanting to share individual forms on an occasional basis, you can share your documents directly from your Admin Panel. To do so, follow these steps:

A) Find the document in your Safety Monitor or Signed Document Report and click on the Form name to open the digitized version of the form in another tab.

B) In the top-right corner, you will find buttons that will allow you to Copy the Link to this Page, Email, View PDF, Download PDF, or Print your finished Form. Simply click these buttons to share the Form in the method you prefer.

  • Copy Link: will copy the URL for this version of the finished form to your computer's clipboard. Press CNTRL + V or select "Paste" to add the url anywhere text is supported.
  • Email: will open the computer's default Email Client, and start a new email that includes a URL to the PDF version of the form.
  • View PDF: will open the form in a new tab in PDF format.
  • Download PDF: will download the PDF to your computer.
  • Print: will open a Print Dialog box allowing you to print the PDF.

Please Note: Only users with Admin or Super Admin Access are able to directly share a Private Form online.
