Apple Devices:
Mobile (iPhone and iPad)
Any devices released in the past 2 years will give you an optimal SiteDocs experience. Beyond that, devices must be able to run iOS 10.0 or later. Mac Computers
Mac Computers with an M1 processing chip or later can download SiteDocs as a Desktop App. SiteDocs is available in the Apple App Store. For detailed System Requirements, click here to view SiteDocs in the Apple App Store!

Android Devices
While there are thousands of Android devices to choose from, there is a difference between "compatibility" and "optimal". A couple of essential factors to consider are A. Android 10 or above, and B. 4Gb RAM or above. SiteDocs is available for many Android Phones and Tablets in the Google Play Store. Windows Computers:
In March of 2024, Microsoft made the decision to remove the Amazon App store from their Windows App Store. By March of 2025, they will discontinue the 'Windows Subsystem for Android', which our App uses to operate on Windows Devices.
While previously downloaded SiteDocs Apps on Windows Devices will be able to continue operation until 2025, no updates or future downloads will be possible.
This was not a decision made by SiteDocs but by Microsoft to remove both access to the Amazon Store and Android Subsystem support.
Amazon Devices:
Any devices released in the past 2 years will give you an optimal SiteDocs experience. Beyond that, Fire Devices manufactured before 2013 are incompatible. SiteDocs is available for Amazon Devices in the Amazon App Store. Click here to view SiteDocs in the Amazon App Store or scan the code below!
Other Operating Systems:
SiteDocs is also available through a web browser on your computer or device browser. Head to https://app.sitedocs.com to use our Web App!
Admin Panel
We strongly suggest using a Laptop or Desktop Computer to Access the Admin Panel, Analytics, and/or Workflow Studio. These platforms are best suited for larger screens and are not optimized for mobile devices.
