What is SWMS?

SWMS stands for Safe Work Method Statements. According to Safe Work Australia, A SWMS is a document that sets out the high-risk construction work activities to be carried out at a workplace, the hazards arising from these activities and the measures to be put in place to control the risks.

How can SiteDocs Resources help?

With a combination of the Resource Library and Location Specific Custom App Menus, a SiteDocs Admin can upload a finished SWMS PDF into each Location's Resource Menu.

  1. Upload the Finished SWMS Document into the Resource Library.

Now your Workers will be able to see your SWMS Documentation when they log into the Location profile and sign off to acknowledge. You can even have multiple workers sign the document by selecting "Save & Add Another".
