How To Change A Worker's Offline Storage Range

By default, all of your mobile users will receive a 30-day history of signed forms on their mobile device(s). This will allow them to access previously signed forms from their assigned locations. If they need to see signed forms that are older than 30 days, you can extend their Offline Storage from the Admin Panel up to 12 months into the past.

Worker Profile

1. Select "App Access" from the left menu.

2. Select the dropdown menu under "Sync Settings" to change the date range.

Worker Page

1. Log into your Admin Panel and select the Workers tab. If you do not see the “Offline Storage” column in your view, please go to Step 2. If you do see the “Offline Storage” column, skip ahead to Step 4.

2. To add the “Offline Storage” column to your view, select the gear icon at the far right and select “Add/Remove Columns”.

3. This will activate a pop-up window where you can select (or unselect) the various columns shown in your main view. Scroll down until you find “Offline Storage”, select the bubble to the left so that it is “checked” and then select “Close.”

4. Now that the “Offline Storage” column is in your view, you can scroll or search for the worker you need and type in a number or select the up/down arrow to the right of their current offline storage range. You can increase their sync date range to up to 12 months.

5. Instruct your worker to perform a “Sync Now” on their mobile device to pull down the additional signed forms history.
