How Can I Change A Worker's Access Email Address?

To change a Worker's login username, you must remove and re-grant their access from the Admin Panel.

To do this, select the Workers tab in the main menu and then the name of the individual Worker, then select the "No Access" option in the "App Access" tab of their Worker Profile.

From there, re-grant the level of access you would like to give your Worker using their new email address.

For more information about the different levels of access, click here.

Please note: Updating the email in the Profile tab will not reflect in the Access tab/login credentials. It will need to be updated in both places, if applicable.
