The "Form or Resource Completed" connector is triggered whenever a Form, Resource, or Follow Up is signed and Saved for the first time in your SiteDocs account. This connector is also triggered when a Follow Up is Saved and Closed. This includes Revisions and Duplications as well.

The "Signature Added" connector is triggered when a Signature is added to a Form, Resource, or Follow Up in your SiteDocs account. This includes Revisions and Duplications as well.

They sound similar if not the same, what's the difference?

There are a couple of things to think about with these triggers.

  1. When a Form or Resource is signed and saved the first time, it takes about 3 seconds for the Signature Details to be saved to the document, so if you need the details of who signed the document (Name, ID, Time, Date, etc.) then you should be using "Signature Added" or adding a 5 second Sleep connector to allow for the Signature to save.

  2. "Signature Added" fires for every signature added to a document, not just the first one, so it can potentially add more runs to your Workflow than you need.
