Which Form Items Allow Attached Photos And/Or Comments

Some of the items in your custom Forms can have photos and/or comments attached to them.

These options would be in addition to any Short/Long Answer questions in your form and the "Additional Photos" section at the bottom of every document.

 

Items that allow Photo Attachments:
