Once Forms, Resources, or Follow-Ups are signed, they cannot be deleted from your SiteDocs account.
This safeguard is in place to protect the integrity of your safety program. The last thing we want to happen is for your documentation to go missing, whether accidentally or otherwise.
Every SiteDocs User is human and so we do have a couple of suggestions as to how to change or hide Documents made by mistake.
Revise the Form to update the Form
The Revise function allows a user to create a new version of a signed document where they can change or remove mistakes in a Form. You can also use this function to add a Label to the form like "VOID".
This will result in a new document, but the old Form will still be present in your account, and linked to the Revision. For more information about how Revisions work, click here.
Mark the Location Inactive
When a Location is marked Inactive, all Forms, Resources, and Follow-Ups that are signed at that location are automatically hidden from the Safety Monitor. If necessary, you can view them using Location filters, but the default view will hide the document in question. Once you have marked the Location inactive, you can create a new Location to replace it and continue signing Forms. This is the only way to have a Form no longer visible across all of your Worker's Mobile Apps.
