Large Amounts of Scheduled Items
Did you schedule a Form, Resource, or Signature for a large number of Workers and you want to cancel them all? Good news, you don't need to cancel them one at a time!
Using the Safety Monitor, Admins can filter Scheduled Items into a group and then cancel them all at the same time. So for instance, if someone scheduled an Equipment Inspection for all of the Workers in the account but picked the wrong Inspection, a user could:
- Group by the Form Name or Date to get them all in the same Group on the Safety Monitor.
- Select the Menu button on one of the forms and select "Cancel All Items for this Group".
- Select "Cancel All Items".
- If the Item(s) in the Group are repeating Items, then the Admin will be given the option to Cancel only the Group or Cancel all future repeating Items with the same settings.
This will cancel all Scheduled, Missed, and Overdue Items contained under the same header in the Safety Monitor.
Note: For repeating Scheduled Forms, it is expected that Admins can only view the following when searching for future instances in the Safety Monitor:
- 7 instances for Daily
- 8 instances for Weekly
- 12 instances for Monthly
- 2 instances for Yearly
The future instances will populate in batches and will not all be viewable at once.
