Understanding Spreadsheet Layout from an Exported CSV File

A few things to keep in mind:

• Form data (answers) is displayed by default in a series of rows and columns.  
• Form items (questions) are displayed in columns across the top of the spreadsheet. 
• Each individual form is displayed in one row.
