Changing sections and form items will add some complexity to your CSV export.
Put simply, you will always see the most current version of your form's questions in the first set of columns on the left of the spreadsheet.
Questions from previous versions of the form will show up to the far right side of the spreadsheet.
If you are seeing many additional columns and blank cells, it indicates that form questions have been edited several times during the specified period (selected date range) of the CSV export.
Remember: Once the data is in a spreadsheet, you can simply copy and paste cells and rows to re-arrange your data as needed.
