Using the Location Safety Report - Which Form Items Frequently Fail?

Know which form items fail the most and quickly see how often a specific item has failed.

Example:

The Item Name "Hearing Protection" in the Group Name "PPE" has failed more than any other Item. Knowing this can provide actionable information that then ensures Workers have easy access to hearing protection. 

PRO TIP: If you are building forms and come across an item where the answer might be "no", and it's not a bad thing (ex. Are there Subcontractors on site?), use the Yes/No/NA item. This way, those kinds of questions don't skew your numbers on this report!
