How Is The Pass Percentage Calculated?

A form has 10 Pass/Fail/NA items. Of these items, 7 are marked as Pass (green √) and 3 are marked as fail (red X). Therefore the Pass Percentage of this form is 70% (7/10).

Note: Items marked as 'N/A' or left blank are not included in this calculation. 

PRO TIP: If you are building forms and come across an item where the answer might be "no", and it's not a bad thing (ex. Are there Subcontractors on site?), use the Yes/No/NA item. This way, these kinds of questions don't skew your numbers on this report!
