How To Export A Workflow Studio Blueprint To Share With Others

Did you create a helpful Workflow that your colleagues want to use in their Teams as well? No need to re-build it, you can export it to a Blueprint that can be sent to them so that they can import it! (For details about importing a blueprint, click here).

1. Select the "More" button at the bottom of the Workflow builder.

2. Select "Export Blueprint" from the list that appears.

This will automatically download a .json file to your computer. Send that file to your colleagues and they will be able to import your Workflow! 

NOTE: Most computers will not have a program capable of reading this file, as it is meant for use in Workflow Studio, so if anyone tries to open it, you may receive an error message.
